Welcome to The Happy Wee Health Club! We are a fun, friendly community on a mission to bring happiness to one another’s lives, through group fitness, our miracle morning routine, weekly social cook alongs, health and well-being support and so much more.

We are based in Oban in the West coast of Scotland but we can reach any location through our online zoom classes. So why not get in touch with someone you’ve not been able to see in a while and invite them to join you in one of our classes either online or in person.

Our Amazing Community

Being part of The Happy Wee Health Club community means you get UNLIMITED access to all of our Live Zoom classes, Wake up with us at 6am and join us for our take on the Miracle Morning Routine, join as many Les Mills exercise classes as you choose throughout the week, then wrap up the week with our Friday night Cook along. Our team releases the full recipe from the cook along every Saturday & a pre-recorded workout every Sunday for you to do at your leisure.

It’s a total joy to be part of The Happy Wee Health Club. It has genuinely transformed my fitness and mindset. As a busy mum, I have previously found it difficult to commit to any exercise routine and fell out of any easily (the usual childcare issues and juggling life/work etc would get in the way). At The Happy Wee Health Club Katie and Karen are genuinely interested in everyone’s goals and their positive sunny personalities are infectious! I love the variety of classes, evolving timetable and importantly the social aspect. I have tried doing videos online and it’s just not the same as logging in, chatting to friends (old and new) and enjoying a class together. The support is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
